Our system automatically displays PayPal as a payment option for customers from certain countries at checkout
Currency loss may occur if your PayPal account currency does not match the currency on our website
When you order from Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you will need to log in to your Paypal account with your username and password. If Paypal does not support your currency, your payment will be automatically debited in USD or GBP.

Please note that Amazgifts does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. If you have any questions about your transactions on our website, please contact the bank that issued your card.

  • Klarna
Our website currently supports two payment methods for Klarna.
  1. The first is deferred payment, where the customer can pay in full within 14 or 28 days after shipment from Amazgifts, depending on the country where the customer is located.
  2. The second is payment in installments. Once the order has been placed, Klarna offers several payment plans to choose from depending on the country and the customer's credit situation.
  • GOOGLE PAY
  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    Amazgifts supports payments through Google Pay. You can use valid credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts linked to your Google Pay account. Please ensure that your payment method in Google Pay is up to date.
  2. Payment Security
    Amazgifts partners with Google Pay to ensure your payment information is encrypted and secure. Google Pay uses multiple layers of security, such as two-factor authentication, to prevent unauthorized access. Your full payment card information will not be shared with Amazgifts.
  3. Transaction Process
    When choosing Google Pay as your payment option on Amazgifts, you will complete the payment through your Google Pay account. After payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email, and you can view your transaction details in the Google Pay app.
  4. Refunds and Order Cancellations
    For refunds or order cancellations, please refer to Amazgifts' Return  Policy. All refunds for purchases made via Google Pay will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return or cancellation is confirmed. Please note that Google Pay does not directly handle refunds but facilitates the payment process.
  5. Privacy and Data Protection
    At Amazgifts, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Google Pay will not share your full card details with Amazgifts. We comply with Google Pay’s privacy policies and take measures to ensure your personal and payment information remains secure and is not misused.
  6. Transaction Fees
    Amazgifts does not charge any additional fees for payments made through Google Pay. However, your bank or card provider may impose certain fees in accordance with their policies. Please check with your financial institution for any related fees.

  • APPLE PAY
  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    Amazgifts accepts payments through Apple Pay. You can use any eligible credit or debit card linked to your Apple Pay account to complete transactions. Please ensure your Apple Pay setup is current and linked to valid payment methods.
  2. Payment Security
    We prioritize your security when using Apple Pay. Apple Pay encrypts your payment information and uses advanced security features like Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode for authentication. Amazgifts will not receive your full card details during transactions; instead, a unique transaction code is used to process payments.
  3. Transaction Process
    When choosing Apple Pay at checkout, you will be prompted to authorize the payment through your Apple device. After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, and your transaction will be recorded in the Apple Wallet app.
  4.  Refunds and Order Cancellations
    For refunds or cancellations of orders made with Apple Pay, please follow the Amazgifts  Return Policy. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used in Apple Pay. Apple Pay acts as a facilitator and does not manage the refund process directly.

    Amazgifts values your privacy. When using Apple Pay, your card details remain private, as Apple Pay only shares a unique transaction identifier with us. We follow strict security protocols to ensure your personal and financial information is protected.

  • My payment has not gone through, what should I do?
  1. If you cannot pay with your debit or credit card
  2. Please ensure all information is correct, including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.
  3. Check your credit or debit account balance for available funds.
  4. Check if your card is authorized or if the default limit for online transactions is too low.
  5. Try refreshing the page or logging out completely and then logging back in.
  6. Start over with a new order instead of paying for the same order again.
  7. If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank.
  8. As part of their security, most credit card companies automatically block international transactions or payments unless cardholders specifically request to accept the transaction.
  9. Pay with your credit or debit card via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can use the services safely and easily as a “guest”.
  10. Try a different card.

  14. According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and billing address must be in the same country, otherwise payment will be declined.
