REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy

1.If there are any changes to your order (such as name, color or size) within 24 hours of order creation, we are happy to help you make the changes. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of order creation, we will refund 100% of the purchase price(Including shipping amount). We will issue a refund after your request to cancel your order.

2.For personalized jewelry.If you cancel your order more than 24 hours after purchasing the item (while the product is being produced), a 30% restocking fee based on the item price will be charged. This means that we will only refund you 70% of the purchase price and the full shipping cost. The reason for this is that the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new. The restocking fee often includes the raw material used, labor costs and the handling fee. Refunds will be paid out within two business days after the buyer negotiates with the seller or the seller makes a final decision.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
If your original method of payment was a credit card, it will take longer for the bank to process the refund (may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the credit card company).

Who bears the return shipping costs?

When does Amazgifts bear the return shipping costs?
▪We sent the wrong order or item.
▪The product you received was of poor quality/defective.
When does Amazgifts not bear the return shipping costs?
▪You chose the wrong size or color for the product.
▪You don't like the item.
▪Your plans have changed and you no longer need the item.

If you have a problem when receiving the goods (defective, damaged or wrong product), please take pictures of the damaged goods and submit a support ticket to customer service so that we can follow up on your case. Please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the package. If you do not respond within the deadline or provide the required information, this will be treated as an item received in good condition.


Return Process
Step1: Make a return request: Contact our customer service at service@amazgifts.shop to make a return request.
Step2: After receiving your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and exchange/return address. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. We would appreciate if you could provide us with some photos as a refund voucher.
Please note, Please do not return the item to the shipping address, but to the return address you received in the customer service email.
Step3: Pack the item: Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit. Use the original packaging if possible. Please send your return tracking number to our customer service at service@amazgifts.shop.
Step4: Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.

▪Refund Amount=Full Freight + Full Payment, the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
▪Refund Amount = 70% of the product price (we charge a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price, original shipping costs are not refundable). Request a return for personal reasons (buyer disagrees, doesn't like, change of plans, etc.).
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.
If your original payment method was a credit card, it will take longer for the bank to process the refund (may take 1-2 weeks depending on the credit card company).
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take different amounts of time for the refund to appear in your account.
