Delivery time = processing time + logistics time

PROCESSING TIME
All items on Amazgifts.shop are produced in the order in which payment is received. Processing time varies depending on the product. Our or orders processing time is 3-5 business days.
During peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas), order processing time may be extended by 1-3 business days.
Note: Choosing expedited shipping will only shorten the shipping time, but not the processing (or production) time.
Change of shipping address
If you need to change your shipping address, we are happy to help you correct it free of charge. However, please note that once your shipment begins its international shipping journey, we will have to pay more to the shipping company. Therefore, depending on the extent of your address change, you will have to bear the additional costs incurred.

* Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via standard shipping method.
* The delivery times above are estimates from our courier companies. Due to force majeure factors such as pandemic, war, politics, extreme weather, there may be delays, but rest assured that Amazgifts will do its best to minimize inconvenience.
* Due to cross-border shipments, customs duties may apply, which are duties or taxes levied on the goods. The applicable taxes and fees will be paid by us.

Delivery Delays
International shipments may experience delays due to COVID-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at [service@amazgifts.shop] and we will immediately review the situation with the shipping carrier. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation
If you contact us in time after purchase, we can cancel your order. If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order before your items are delivered and we will refund your money in full. For personalized products, we may charge a portion of the production cost.Please see REFUND & RETURN POLICY for specific policies.

Customs Fees
In rare cases, your order may be subject to customs fees charged by your country's government, not our website. You are responsible for these charges. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over your or any other country's customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties and taxes.

Shipping Information
Please note that the shipping address is taken from PayPal or the information you enter. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please indicate this during the checkout process. The address may be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or shipping address of the order.

Tracking an Order
